Stoopid Cats was founded in **December 2023**, built on the social motto:\
\&#xNAN;**“Be Stoopid – See the little joy in life.”**

The motto began as a simple reminder:\
To stop overthinking.\
To let go of unnecessary stress.\
To find joy in the little things.

During a difficult time, one of our co-founders found comfort in watching his cat—completely carefree, living in the moment. That moment sparked an idea:\
**What if we created something to share that feeling with others?**

With the help of our **art director**, the **Stoopid Cats character** was born—quirky, lighthearted, and full of personality. Soon after, we were joined by our **third co-founder**, a full-stack developer, and the real building began.

Stoopid Cats is more than just a character. It’s a full ecosystem designed to **reward, entertain, and connect**.

We’re building the **first-ever dividend-based NFT reward system**, where:

* **25% of all net income** from games, merchandise, royalties, and IP is
